I am a surgical oncologist in Gurgaon whose area of interest is Thoracic and Gastro-Esophageal surgeries. After being awarded the BEST OUTGOING SURGEON in 2008 from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health sciences, Karnataka I received my training in Surgical oncology at Department of Surgical oncology BRAIRCH, All India Institute of Medical Sciences. With 8 years of Post-MS (General surgery) academic experience in surgical oncology I have worked as an Associate Director in Department of Surgical Oncology at MAX INSTITUTE OF CANCER CARE. I am presently working as the Director at the Department of Surgical Oncology at Sanar International Hospital, Gurugram. I focus into Thoracic and Gastro-Esophageal malignancies which also includes the MINIMAL ACCESS ONCOLOGY SURGERIES for which

I have received Video Award in 2013 at Indian Cancer Congress and best video award at ACOS (Asian clinical oncology Society) in 2016. Though I have publication in all the fields of Oncology in reputed International and National Journals but my clinical research has been mainly on Esophageal Cancers. After Finishing 1 year of fellowship in LAPAROSCOPIC and ROBOTIC ONCOLOGY while I was a Senior Research Associate at A.I.I.M.S, I have been doing Laparoscopic D2 gastrectomies, Open Lung surgeries(Lobectomies and Pneumonectomies) and Thoracoscopic ESOPHAGEAL surgeries and have published many papers in these fields. I am a strict believer of evidence-based practice and have been pursuing the same. I have good communication skills and can talk in English, Hindi, Marathi and Punjabi.
